School limits - OakEdu pluses:

- budget cuts to school funding, meaning less motivated staff, school facilities lacking maintenance, lack of up-to-date educational equipment, instead of home facilities like OakEdu offers: dedicated staff, quiet clean rooms equipped with television, computers, websites, books...
- drop out, lack of motivation, frustration instead of continuous education, motivation, pleasure of learning
- class size of 40 or 50 students, instead of OakEdu's maximum of 3 students at a time
- yearly threat of teachers' strikes, with both sides using the students as pawns, creating bad atmosphere, instead of the cooperative understanding attitude of OakEdu's tutors, respecting the educational needs of children
- dealing with an institution where responsibility is blurred, instead of traceability/accountability to a physical person, direct reporting and involvement like at OakEdu
- restrictive laws, too many rules, rigid system, organizational constraints hampering the corrective ability of teachers and inhibiting students expression, instead of OakEdu's freedom of speech/thought/action
- peer groups behaviour expressing superficial values that do not help in the overall well-being of the community nor the family, peer pressure, bullying thus resulting in lowered self-esteem, self-confidence, psychotic behaviours, loss of spirit instead of OakEdu's unconditional positive support
- lot of wasted time at school compared to the one-on-one tutoring of OakEdu where time is actually spent learning and developing knowledge, harmony, healthy creative thinking and democracy
- lowest level of understanding in the classroom in order to be easily digested by all students, instead of one-on-one individual specificly tailored OakEdu's curriculum
- some moral issues with the official curriculum, not at OakEdu where parents can ask what they don't want
- children in the public school are not as well medically assisted as with a dedicated tutor
- questionable school safety level: exposure to drawn graffiti, presence of knives, drugs, guns, etc.
- lecture-type of conferencing not adapted to some children's needs, instead of acquiring customized one-on-one assistance in the weaker areas, and growing excellent in the preferred subjects with a dedicated tutor
- gifted children in a classroom are not intellectually challenged enough compared to a one-on-one tutoring education
- special needs children, like autists, cannot blossom within the regular school system
- school doesn't promote regular interaction with people of all ages and all thoughts, thus limiting exposure to the diversity of the world
- peer groups behaviours expressing greedy, materialistic, superficial values are not helping the overall wellbeing of the community nor the family
